Andy is a lovely man with learning difficulties, who lives in Shipston. He doesn't talk, but communicates with gestures, smiles and grunts.

I caught him "secretly" videoing at the Thirst Edition and he saw that I had noticed. The resulting "twinkle" was irresistable!
